Aaron is an Assistant Manager at Panasean, where he considers himself fortunate to be entrusted with advising founders and key executives as they navigate complex life and career decisions. Aaron brings extensive experience in M&A, IPO, and Corporate Finance, spanning various sectors and situations. He possesses expertise in overseeing the entire spectrum of the deal process, from origination to execution.

Aaron emphasizes an unwavering commitment to providing independent and objective advice, ensuring the delivery of impactful solutions aligned with clients’ unique needs and aspirations. His industry focus includes, but is not limited to, consumer, healthcare, and manufacturing.

During his tenure at Panasean, Aaron advised Indonesia’s largest baby and kid retailer on their corporate action efforts, ranging from successful Private Equity fundraising to a subsequent IPO.

His previous work experiences also include Corporate Finance at Deloitte (Singapore and Jakarta, Indonesia), the Credit Team at OFN Asset Management (Philadelphia, USA), and the M&A Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Jakarta, Indonesia).
