Anlika Wahyoedi is a Senior Associate at Panasean, focusing on execution of M&A and fundraising transactions, and strategic advisory engagements across various industries.

Prior to joining Panasean, he worked in investment banking at Abacus Capital and in Deals Transaction Services at PwC Indonesia. His experience spans M&A, corporate advisory, financial due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation, working with both public and private companies across various sectors, including energy, utilities, natural resources, healthcare, corporate services, and manufacturing.

Anlika is passionate about private markets and understanding businesses beyond their financial performance. He takes a holistic approach to analyzing businesses, combining financial analysis with commercial and strategic perspectives to understand their underlying value and long-term growth potential.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and has passed all three levels of the CFA Program, including Level III under the Private Markets Pathway.
