Nicole Madeline is a Senior Associate at Panasean, where she works on sell-side, buy-side and strategic advisory transactions.

She brings experience in both investment banking and venture capital, with a background in transaction execution, financial analysis, and assessing business growth opportunities. This combination gives her an investor’s perspective on the strategic and financial considerations that shape a company’s next stage of growth.

Before joining Panasean, Nicole was an Investment Analyst and Associate at Kejora Capital. She was part of the investment team for a USD 30 million early-stage fund investing in Indonesia’s technology sector, evaluating companies across healthcare, renewable energy, and agritech. She also worked with portfolio companies on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and fundraising.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Finance (from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she graduated with honors.
